It’s time to take the next step in your learning journey.  These practice exercises will help you apply what you’ve learned so far, and take your Gainsight end user skills further. 

The goal of these exercises is to practice using Gainsight in a way that mirrors how a typical CSM would use Gainsight in their day to day work. Most of the exercises below focus on an example customer, Abbett, and guide you through the task of preparing for and executing an annual review meeting with their key stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll create a meeting CTA and work through the tasks, prepare for the meeting and take meeting notes, and finally close the CTA. You’ll also have a chance to create a  Success Plan, review Dashboards, and customize your Gainsight Home. Good luck!
