About the Course
You can consider the Community Module (CM) as the ‘Bread and Butter’ of the Customer Community. In the Community Module, users post conversations and questions, share their replies to existing topics, and your moderators share articles that provide useful information. Furthermore, this is where your product team can engage with your users to discuss new product research and features, help gain support for beta and super user programs, and finally also where you may share general company updates. After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Articulate how the Community Module adds to the overall end user experience
- Understand how the Child-Parent categories function and how to makes changes to the structure
- Understand how permissions and custom roles affect users’ access and how to make changes to them
