Qualifications

The Gainsight PX Level 1 Certificate is for professionals of all experience levels. It's also open to non-customers who are serious about learning the Gainsight PX application and are ready to take the first step. The exam is designed to assess whether you understand the core concepts and can complete the most common  tasks in the Gainsight PX application.

Candidates should successfully complete the self-paced Gainsight PX courses, or possess the equivalent experience and knowledge prior to taking the exam. If you fail the exam, you have two free retakes. We strongly recommend you review the course content before making another attempt at the exam.

We strongly recommend completing the following courses before taking the exam. We also recommend hands-on practice with Gainsight PX. If you don't have access to an instance of Gainsight PX, you may access a free PX trial here.

Exam Format

• Content: 32 multiple-choice/multiple-select questions
• Time allotted to complete the exam: 45 minutes
• Prerequisites: Web-based training courses listed above
• If you need to review any of your answers before submitting, please use the Previous button.
• Passing score: 80%
• Registration fee: USD $70, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
• Retake fee: Your initial purchase includes 2 free retakes. 
• Delivery method:
• Unproctored exam delivered through Gainsight University.
• Advance scheduling is not required; you can take the exam at any time.
• The exam is currently available in English only.
• Certificate Validity Period: this certificate is valid for 2 years.
