Summary
Begin your journey by learning about the basics of Dynamic Progams. We will cover prep and foundational steps that will need to be completed before we configure our Digital Journey for NPS Surveys.
Using a combination of presentation and hands on exercises, we will cover:
Introduction to Dynamic Programs, including the components
Configure a simple program using mulitple program elements and action outcomes
- Introduction to Dynamic Programs, including the components
- Build Email Templates for use in programs
- Configure a simple program using mulitple program elements and action outcomes
The course includes an exercise workbook, with detailed configuration instructions, and a NXT training org that is designed to work with these exercises. The training org will remain active for 60 days to allow opportunity for follow up after course completion.

General Recommendations
We recommend having a second monitor while attending the session to ensure you're able to follow along while also completing the hands-on exercises yourself. Additionally, we recommend completing the following self-paced, on-line courses prior to attending the session to get acquainted with foundational elements and navigation.

- Admin - Journey Orchestrator (45 min)
